The first photography news to impart is that our principal photographer, Graham, is recovering well from his major surgery. Nevertheless, work has not stopped as there’s plenty for an active mind to do even in a recovering body…… Whilst a great opportunity presented itself to take on more training to further develop our skills in different areas, it has allowed us to consider future business development opportunities. This new development we have for you is a cracker fitting with our on-going company continuous improvement philosophy and mindset to ensure our business offering goes from strength to strength to benefit our customers.

Blurt It Out!

It would be easy to blurt out what it is but, it’s not quite ready to show it to you. So, we’ll try to keep a lid on it and you’ll have to be patient. Suffice to say, that in addition to our current services, this will benefit all businesses immensely, however, we believe there will be significant added value, particularly, to small to medium sized businesses from all sectors (SME). EXPO East, Newark Showground 2018

What a positive experience this EXPO East show proved to be! We got to meet so many interesting local businesses there and listen to some thought provoking seminars too. There was a great mix of exhibitors from varying business sectors to engage with the whole day through. We had plenty of space between the aisles and the exhibitor stands were not crammed together. There was even space enough for dealerships to have vehicles on show without them encroaching upon the walkways.

We attended with goals of building new business relationships, continuing current relationships and being active in the local business community. If we were unable to interact with your business at EXPO East, then, please visit Photography Street where our welcome mat is waiting.

Facilities on site provided easy free parking, eating and drinking areas as well as comfortable seating for seminars. It was important to note that the sound volume level was well maintained to suit the seminar attendees without impacting negatively on the exhibition floor activities. All in all, a big thumbs up to the event organisers, Stonebow Media, and you can view their highlights video here to get a feel for the event. We’ve also atached a few phone snaps below too and we will certainly be attending next year too!

Headshot Portrait Photography Prize:

Following our new website launch recently, we shot the first of our three headshot portrait prizes on April 5th 2018. This headshot photoshoot was for M&B Day across two locations; one indoors and one outdoors. These locations provided very different lighting environments to overcome in order to get the results we achieved for our client. There’s nothing quite as satisfying than to see a client excited and holding onto a tangible print of your work in their hands.

Fabulous music, fabulous entertainment, fabulous night with The Bootleg Beatles, live at The Baths Hall, Scunthorpe! There isn’t a back catalogue of music that compares with The Beatles; single after single, album after album, they produced a consistency of lyrics and melodies at their very best. The Beatles explored and conquered so many musical boundaries in the space of just seven years of recordings together and The Bootleg Beatles pay tribute to their music in fine style indeed that saw a very happy audience leave the theatre that evening. Even today, the “Sgt Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band” is continually voted the greatest album of all time and it’s hard to believe that it was recorded on a four track recording tape unit!
